How to Apply
Choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.
Our ELC, Junior, Middle and Senior Schools cater specifically for the needs of students at each year level.
If you are considering Woodcroft College for your family, please take the first step in our enrolment process by submitting your Registration of Interest to add your child to the wait list for your selected year and level of entry.
The Enrolment Process

a Registration of Interest and submit with your non-refundable registration fee.
Upon receipt of the completed form and registration fee, your child’s name will be added to the College wait list.

The interview process for major intake years levels starts approximately two years prior to the year of entry. Interviews are offered in date order of the registration, with siblings of current or future-accepted students, children of staff and Old Scholars given preference.
This is a valuable opportunity for families to learn more about our school and to ask any questions that they may have. The interview is an informal discussion with the Head of the College or relevant Head of Sub School and gives them the opportunity to get to know your child. Your child must attend this interview, and we encourage both parents (if possible) to attend. Every position is subject to an interview.
Before the interview, you will receive an Enrolment Information form to complete and return with the required documentation (birth certificate, reports, and NAPLAN reports). This form will give you the opportunity to provide further details about your child and their educational needs.
Following a successful interview, your child will be offered a place. It is necessary for both parents (if possible) to sign and return the ‘Enrolment Agreement’ to the College with the non-refundable enrolment deposit in order to accept the place.
