Well done to Emily Yang (Year 6) who recently performed at the Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB) Concert on Saturday 8 July at Elder Hall, University of Adelaide.
Emily performed Jeunes filles au jardin by Federico Mompou, a Grade 8 Piano item.
Emily was selected to perform at this concert as she passed an AMEB practical exam this year (Grade 4 and above), was nominated by her examiner as a student who has demonstrated an ability (under exam conditions) to display an engaging, polished and commanding performance of one of their exam pieces, and was selected by the Program Director and accepted an invitation to perform.
