During their Enrichment Mathematics class, four students worked on a group project utilising maths strategies and equations to create an original mathematical card trick.
Their project was entered into the South Australian Maths Talent Quest and they were awarded first prize in the SA Year 8 category. Even more remarkable, they went on to win the National competition against schools from across Australia.
Congratulations to Kai Duffield, Kasyful Rahman, Sebastian Smith and Jackson Taylor on this remarkable achievement.
