Student Sporting Achievements

Well done to Leo Oliver (Year 9) who won a Bronze medal in the individual U14 board race and also won Gold with his team in the U23 March Past Team at the recent Senior Surf Lifesaving State titles.


Congratulations to Year 7 HPAP Student, Ruby Kerrison who came first and second in her Trampoline Gymnastics events held on Saturday 27 March.

Congratulations to Franklin Oliver (Year 5) who participated in the 2021 Surf Lifesaving Nipper State Championships on Saturday 20 & Sunday 21 March 2021. Franklin won a Gold medal in the Under 11 age group Individual Board Race and also five Silver medals in Team events (Board Relay, Cameron, Beach Sprint Team, Taplin relay, March Past).

 

 

Congratulations to Year 8 HPAP student Charlotte Conroy who recently competed at the South Australian State Swimming Championships and won the following medals in the 12 Year Old Girls Category:

  • Gold - 200m Breaststroke
  • Silver - 50m Breaststroke
  • 100m Breaststroke
  • Bronze - 50m Butterfly
  • 200m Individual Medley

Charlotte has qualified to compete at the Swimming Australia Aged National Titles to be held on the Gold Coast on 7 April 2021.

Well done to Harry Green (Year 12) and Matthew O'Sullivan (Year 10) who came second in Round 1 of the School Surfing Championship held on Monday 1 March. A great start to the defence of their title! 

Congratulations to Year 9 HPAP student Harry Smith and Bella Rigby (Year 9), who competed in the State Athletics Championships over the weekend of 27 & 28 February. Harry won silver in the U15 400m and bronze in the U15 200m and Bella won silver in the U15 100m. Both students have qualified for the Australian Athletics Championships to be held in Sydney in April 2021. We wish them all the best!

   

Congratulations to Year 8 students, Charlotte Conroy, Cameron Woods and Brodie Everett who won the SSSA Triathlon team event in the Under 15 Come and Try event on Wednesday 17 February.


Congratulations to Year 7 HPAP student, Ruby Kerrison, who has qualified for the Australian Gymnastics Championships. Ruby will be heading to the Gold Coast in May to compete in trampolining.

Congratulations to Year 12 HPAP student Maisy Davies who won the Interschool Secondary School Show Jumping Award for 2020 at the Equestrian SA Awards night on on Saturday 6 February.  Maisy was also a finalist for the Gill Rolton Youth Development Scholarship.
