Complete a Registration of Interest form and return to the College with the non-refundable registration fee. If you are undecided on where to start school, we encourage you to choose ELC and school on your registration form (this is not a commitment, but will ensure your child’s name is on our waitlist for Reception entry).
Once your Registration of Interest Form has been received, you will be emailed a link to the ELC online enrolment form to complete.
Once enrolled, you and your child will attend two orientation sessions, each one hour in length.
If you wish to continue your child’s learning journey at Woodcroft College, you will participate in the process for our Junior, Middle and Senior Schools other than needing to register again.

Complete a Registration of Interest and return to the College with your non-refundable registration fee. Upon receipt of the completed form and registration fee, your child’s name will be added to the College wait list.
In the lead up to your child’s year of entry (for our major intake years), you will receive an Enrolment Information form to complete and return with the required documentation (birth certificate, reports, and NAPLAN reports). This form will give you the opportunity to provide further details about your child and their educational needs.
The interview process for major intake year levels starts approximately two years prior to the year of entry. Interviews are offered in date order of the registration, with siblings of current or future-accepted students, children of staff and Old Scholars given preference.
Your interview is a valuable opportunity to learn more about our school and to ask any questions that you may have. The interview is an informal discussion with the Principal or relevant Head of Sub School and gives us the opportunity to get to know your child. Your child must attend this interview, and we encourage both parents (if possible) to attend. Every position is subject to an interview.
Offer of Place
Following a successful interview, your child will be offered a place. It is necessary for both parents (if possible) to sign and submit the Enrolment Agreement to the College with your non-refundable enrolment deposit in order to accept your child’s place.
Major Intake Levels
The main points of entry to the College are ELC, Reception, Year 7 and Year 10. Students may be admitted at other year levels provided that places are available.
Change or Cancellation of Enrolment
If you need to change or cancel your child’s enrolment, please contact the Enrolments Manager via email at [email protected].
Updating Enrolment Details
It is important to notify the College of any changes to contact details or student circumstances during the enrolment process. If we are unable to contact you at any of the stages, your registration or enrolment may be cancelled.
For further information, please contact the Enrolments Manager on 8322 2333, or via email at [email protected].
