  • Current registration to teach in South Australia.
  • Certified evidence of mandatory notification training.
  • Acceptable working VISA if an overseas applicant.

Corporate Services – Receptionist

Part-Time (0.5 FTE)
Commencing early June 2022

Woodcroft College is seeking an experienced customer service focused Receptionist to join our Corporate Services department on a permanent part-time basis commencing early June 2022. 

The Receptionist is a collaborative team member responsible for performing general office duties, assisting with office administrative and first aid tasks and most importantly, providing a positive and welcoming experience for those coming into our school community.

The Receptionist should understand the coordination and organisation required of a main office reception service in a school environment and have a sound knowledge and understanding of front office administration.

Working as part of a small team, the Receptionist will report directly to the Corporate Services Manager and will require the flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively with other team members, sharing responsibilities and workloads to ensure that team goals are met. 

About You
To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Proven customer service ethos and positive mindset.
  • Excellent telephone manner and a good knowledge of switchboard procedures.
  • Knowledge of office administration and secretarial procedures.
  • Positive personal presentation and the ability to positively interact with people to represent the College.
  • Experience in dealing with clients and the public on a range of issues.
  • Knowledge of first aid procedures in a school environment.
  • An ability to work within a team environment and to contribute to the College’s goals and direction.
  • A commitment to the principles of an independent education.
  • All relevant mandatory certification requirements (refer to Position Description).

Senior Educator (Diploma Qualified)

Woodcroft College Early Learning Centre (ELC) Staff are experienced, qualified early childhood specialists who encompass the values of the College through the tailored programs they plan for children. 

Woodcroft College ELC is seeking a Senior Educator (Diploma qualified) specialist to join our early learning team for a full-time, one-year contract replacement commencing mid-June 2022.

About You
To be successful, you will have:

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with students in an Early Childhood setting.
  • A proven ability to support students with diverse learning needs and disabilities.
  • The ability to communicate positively with students, colleagues, parents, and the general college community and to build a professional rapport.
  • The ability to work with a degree of autonomy or collaboratively as required.
  • Appropriate qualifications and/or experience in supporting student learning.

Woodcroft College is seeking an outstanding educator to teach Mathematics across middle and senior school year levels to cover Long Service Leave for Term 3, 2022.

To be successful in the role you will bring skills in establishing effective working relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community, along with a desire to motivate, engage and inspire students in the mathematics field.
