Education Support Officer

We are seeking a number of passionate and dedicated Education Support Officers to join our Junior School team on a permanent term-time basis. The role is five days, term time only. Days and times aren’t negotiable.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in the educational experience of students with diverse learning needs and disabilities. Working alongside teachers and the Intervention team, you will provide individual and small-group support, contribute to differentiated learning and help implement strategies that enable students to engage confidently and successfully in their learning.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is student-centred, collaborative and genuinely passionate about inclusive education. You will bring:

• A Certificate III in Education Support.
• Experience supporting student learning, particularly students with special needs and disabilities, ideally within a school environment.
• Experience in working with Primary School aged children.
• A genuine interest in understanding and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• The ability to build positive, respectful and trusting relationships with students, teachers and the wider College community.
• A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Responding to Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) certificate.

Early Learning Centre – Co Educator

Make a meaningful contribution to young children’s learning in a caring, collaborative Early Learning Centre.

The Woodcroft College ELC are seeking applications for Co-Educators (Diploma qualified only) to join our early learning team.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the delivery of a high-quality, play-based early learning program aligned with the EYLF
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Work collaboratively within a team to create engaging, inclusive learning environments
• Contribute positively to the daily life of the ELC, supporting routines, programs and events
• Casual opportunities with flexibility and a welcoming team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator
• A caring, reliable and professional approach to working with young children
• Sound understanding of early childhood practice and child development
