It is our belief that the Guiding Principle of Community plays a major role in improving the wellbeing of students and staff. As the 2024 College Captains of Woodcroft College, our vision is focus in on the idea of Community and how we can help reinforce the legacies of previous Captains.

It is our mutual belief that connection is vital for positive student wellbeing, which we believe can be created with community events and fundraisers, developing collaboration between teams such as Social Justice and Student Executive.

With a changing school environment comes fresh ideas and structures. This connects to our aim to help redevelop the leadership structure within the student body by building a collaborative team structure. It is our aim to host leadership workshops to build confidence in any aspiring leader. Furthermore, we seek to assist students and staff in learning to adapt to the changing school conditions and work towards bridging the gap between the sub-schools.

Our vision is to support this community and leave an impact on everyone’s journey in some way. Our vision is to encourage all students to give it everything they have got and not be afraid to step out of their comfort zones – in school and out.
