Out of School Hours Care

The Woodcroft College Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) aims to provide quality care and recreational activities for children in a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment. The service is available to students from Reception to Year 6.

Located in the Woodcroft College OSHC Building (opposite the Junior School Building), care is provided before school, after school, on pupil free days and during the school holidays.

Before School Care
6.45am to 8.30am

After School Care
3.15pm to 6.15pm

Pupil Free Day Care
6.45am to 6.15pm

Vacation Care
6.45am to 6.15pm

Vacation Care

Vacation Care is available during the school holidays and on pupil free days (excluding public holidays).

Information on the Vacation Care Program is available two weeks before the school holidays commence.

Cancellations
Once we have received your booking form, full fees will be charged for any cancellations, unless we are able to fill your child’s spot from waitlist.

Summer Holidays Vacation Care
Download and complete the online booking form, save as a PDF and return as an attachment to [email protected]. Tash or Sally will confirm your booking request form and confirm availability within the week. If you have any technical issues with booking form, please email your bookings direct.

Bookings open Monday 1 December.

No Cancellations after booking confirmed. Once we have confirmed your booking form, full fees will be charged for any cancellations.
