YEAR 10 2026

Students in Year 10 return on Wednesday 28 January 2026.

All students should come to school in their PE uniform.

The week prior to school commencing, you will receive a ‘Back to School’ email from the College, along with information about our Year 10 Parent Information Evening in early Term 1.

All Year 10 students are asked to assemble in the Gym by 8.40am, for an 8.45am start. Teachers will be there to direct students.

Students will be welcomed back at 8:45am to begin the new school year.

The day offers an opportunity to engage with their tutor and peers in preparation for the term ahead. A presentation from motivational speaker Nathan Strempel will help set the tone and theme for the year.

Students will receive their timetable on their first day back and scheduled lessons will begin on Thursday 29 January.

First Day Back Essentials

• Pencil case (eg: pens, pencils, eraser, ruler and highlighters)
• Recess, lunch and a drink (canteen facilities will be available)
• Laptop
• College hat
• Lock for locker

Students from Year 7 to Year 12 are required to bring their own laptop to school. View our BYO Device page for detailed information.

In 2026, Year 10 students studying General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods or Specialist Mathematics will be required to purchase the Casio fx-CG50AU or the Casio fx-1AU GRAPH. Students studying Essential Mathematics are not required to purchase a calculator until Year 11.
