YEAR 9 2026

Students in Year 9 return on Wednesday 28 January 2026.

All students should come to school in their PE uniform.

The week prior to school commencing, you will receive a ‘Back to School’ email from the College, along with information about our Year 9 Parent and Quest Information Evening in early Term 1.

All Year 9 students are asked to assemble in the College Gym by 8.40am, for a 8.45am start. Teachers will be there to direct students.

Students will be welcomed back at 8:45am to begin the new school year.

Students will then go with their Tutors for a day of orientation activities.

On the first day back, students will receive their stationery pack, diary and timetable.

First Day Back Essentials

• Pencil case (eg: pens, pencils, eraser, ruler and highlighters)
• Recess, lunch and a drink (canteen facilities will be available)
• Laptop
• College hat

Students from Year 7 to Year 12 are required to bring their own laptop to school. View our BYO Device page for detailed information.

All Year 7 to Year 9 students are required to bring a Texas Instruments TI-30XB calculator to school for Mathematics in 2026.

There are no booklists for Year 7 to Year 9. The College will provide required stationery at no additional cost, but students will need to bring their own well-stocked pencil case and ruler. All stationery will be given to students on the first day of school, which must be clearly labelled (student name and subject).
