Congratulations to HPAP student Mia Weston (Year 7), who competed in six events at the Short Course States swimming event over the weekend, with some truly amazing results!

Mia broke the state record for the 12 Year Old Girls 400 freestyle (last broken in 2013). This wasn’t all, she also achieved a gold medal, three silvers a fourth place and a fifth place!

Go Mia! We are so proud of your remarkable results and we will be watching in two weeks when you’re back making a splash in the pool!
